Noah Rubin is an American-born artist/producer and music executive based in New York City. As of 2013, Rubin serves as VP of Music for Decon (now Mass Appeal (magazine)). ==Production== Alongside Chris Coady, Rubin recorded Das Oath's 2006 Mini-LP for Dim Mak Records.
